2. Be familiar with the shot blasting machine used, maintained and maintained in the manual process.
3. Before starting the machine, the operator must check whether all switches of the shot blasting machine control cabinet (panel) are in the specified setting position (including all power switches), so as to avoid misoperation, damage to mechanical and electrical equipment and equipment accidents.
4. Non local operators are not allowed to operate or touch the electrical switch control area at will, nor to approach the local work area to avoid accidents.
5. The operator must wear protective clothing, glasses, etc.
6. Pay special attention to the operation (roll) of various instruments indicating the power operator and all normal, small crane instruments to the panel in the working process. If a large error (normal) is found in the individual, it shall be closed immediately. Check the operation of normal startup process after equipment failure.
7. During the operation of the shot blasting machine, the operator must patrol the equipment to check whether there is abnormal noise and overheating at each part. When serious faults are found in the operation of the equipment, press the "emergency stop" button to stop the maintenance of the equipment, and cooperate with the professionals to remove the equipment faults.
8. Operators shall carry out daily and weekly maintenance (including lubrication) of equipment in accordance with "equipment management". Clean the dust and debris in the dust remover every week to avoid affecting the dust removal quality and ensure the integrity of the equipment.
9. Operators must implement civilized and safe production and strictly implement the handover system.
10. At the working end, switch off the power supply immediately to avoid running on the machine. Good work and site clearance.
