Working principle of crawler shot blasting machine:
Open the cleaning chamber door, place the workpiece on the track, close the cleaning chamber door, and press the following buttons in turn: ⑴ dust removal, ⑵ shot blasting, ⑶ lifting, and (4) positive rotation of the drum. Shot blasting starts. The lifting and separating mechanism of shot and sand separates the shot, broken shot and dust to obtain qualified shot. The shot enters the high-speed rotating shot wheel by its own weight from the chute of the shot blaster and rotates with it. Under the centrifugal force, the shot enters the directional sleeve and is thrown out at the rectangular window of the directional sleeve to reach the high-speed rotating blade. The shot accelerates from the inside to the outside on the surface of the blade After that, the surface of the workpiece can be cleaned by shot blasting. When the track in the shot blasting chamber rotates in a positive direction, it will drive the workpiece to roll, so that all the workpieces in the shot blasting chamber and all the surfaces of the workpieces can be shot cleaned. At the same time, the shot sand returns to the lifting and separating mechanism, which is recycled after separation. When the track rotates reversely, the workpiece is poured out.

Installation and adjustment
1. During installation, place it on the horizontal concrete floor at the selected position.
2. Before connecting the power supply, first check the looseness of each fastener, and tighten it if any.
3. Turn on the power supply, conduct the test run first, and check the rotation direction of each motor, such as phase response phase adjustment sequence.
4. After the test run and the normal operation of each part, it can be put into use.
Use and operation of crawler shot blasting machine
1. Add enough qualified bullets into the shot blasting machine. (75～125kg)
2. Manually load the work into the shot blasting chamber and close the door of the shot blasting chamber.
3. Press the following buttons in turn: ⑴ dust removal, ⑵ shot blasting, ⑶ lifting, and (4) positive rotation of drum. At this time, the machine works normally, and the user can set shot blasting time as required. As soon as the scheduled time comes, all mechanisms of the machine will stop automatically in turn.
4. After the machine is stopped, open the door of shot blasting chamber and press the "drum reverse" button, the workpiece will be poured out. After all the workpieces are poured out, press the "drum stop" button to finish the whole work.
