Wire shot blasting machine is suitable for surface cleaning or strengthening treatment in chemical industry, electrical machinery, wire drawing and other industries. Normal operation
Under normal operation, the dusty air enters the HR type dust remover through the top inlet, then disperses downward through the guide plate and passes through the filter element. The dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter element. The filtered clean air enters the clean air chamber through the center of the filter element and is discharged through the outlet pipe.
Ash removal by filter cartridge
The filter element can automatically and intermittently clean the ash. The method is that only one group (2) of filter elements can clean the ash offline in any given time.
In the process of cleaning the filter element, the pulse controller turns on the power supply of an electromagnetic pulse valve to make the corresponding membrane valve eject pulse high-pressure air. The high-pressure air passes through the filter element from the inside to the outside to remove the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter element. The dust particles fall into the dust hopper and then enter the ash collecting barrel.
The pressure of compressed air is adjusted to 6kg / cm2, and the pressure of 6kg / cm2 - 7kg / cm2 is the standard setting value that can meet the requirements of ash cleaning function. The smaller the set value of compressed air pressure is, the smaller the air consumption of pulse valve is. Generally, the pulse injection controller can be adjusted to clean a row of filter elements every two minutes, i.e. connect a pulse valve every two minutes, increase the ash cleaning energy, and increase the pressure of compressed air, but not more than 7kg / cm2.
